Job Role Summary:

We seek a Sr. Business Analyst who will analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully configuring and supporting ERP and industry-related vertical solutions. 


Primary Job Functions:

  1. As part of a broad cross-functional team, you play an integral role in the learning, training, and implementation of Bloomstack system use.
  2. Assist users in all aspects of Bloomstack system use.
  3. Work with functional leaders to help develop business cases for additional software development and/or acquisition.
  4. Manage the configuration and provide functional support for Bloomstack.
  5. Collaborate on implement and upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality.
  6. Review, respond and resolve help desk requests as and when they arise.
  7. Understand key master data, parameters, and settings in the system.
  8. Support requirements gathering and specification writing to aid the technical team in report and integration development.
  9. Provide training and troubleshooting support to clients on the use of the Bloomstack.
  10. Consult with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives.
  11. Gap analysis for the client as well as internal features.
  12. Participate in user acceptance testing and unit testing of new system functionality.
  13. Provide support and subject matter expertise to communicate with Product Owners, Product Management, and development teams to solve any requirements issues, assist with user story definition, and ensure alignment with the system established product goals, and development timelines.

Technical Requirements :

  1. Minimum 5 years of work experience with ERP systems (ERPNext/Bloomstack preferred)
  2. Bachelors’ or higher degree in Computer science or related.
  3. Hands on experience in Excel, Word.
  4. Good functional understanding/experience with the following modules: Manufacturing, Inventory, Buying, Selling, Service, Projects and/or Finance of any ERP System.
  5. Experience in supporting implementation and organizational change management dynamics required.
  6. Basic Project Management skills that demonstrate your ability to build, manage, and execute upon a plan – both in terms of self-management as well as working with small process improvement teams.

Job Role Summary:


QA should have a working knowledge of software and test design, the capability to run through tests, and the ability to analyse the results. Ultimately, the QA should be result-driven, have good communication skills, and up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design.

Software QA work with Software Development Engineers to understand features and technical implementation. Software QA also work with groups such as Product Management, User Experience Design, and Customer Support to understand customer usage models and develop test plans and test suites that approximate real-world environments and regression tests. Software QA are also responsible for driving the software development process toward quality-centric methodologies.

Job Role Summary:


We are looking for a 2-3 years experienced DevOps Engineer who combines an understanding of both engineering and coding, who’s ready to help us improve our customer experience by building functional systems that brings our business to new heights. The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team and managing the organization’s office operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 


• Provide sophisticated calendar management for the CEO. 


Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. 


• Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors. 


Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes on behalf of the Board Secretary. 


Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in bylaws regarding Board matters. 


• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports.

Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect CEO’s style and organization policy.

• Work with the Executive Team to coordinate the CEO’s outreach activities. Follow up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships. 


• Manage all aspects of organization’s office services. 


Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved work flow and anticipate future needs as the organization grows. 


Assist in the selection of vendors and purchase equipment, services, and supplies necessary for operation of organization. 


• Manage information systems operations including hardware, software, desktop support, internal telecommunications, and strategic systems development and planning. 


Provide leadership to all levels of the organization, including the Bloomstack team to meet their current and future information needs. 


Prepare budget recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives. 


• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
